Are you worried that you’re going to join a company that doesn’t share your values? Looking for a new job but don’t know where to start? Or are you interested in knowing what current employees have to say about a business before you apply there? These are all valid questions and concerns, and HiredBy can help deal with all of them.

Watching a takeover on HiredBy’s Instagram story can be informative as well as entertaining, which is a rarity these days. Most job boards don’t include behind-the-scenes videos of a company’s employees, company meetings, and other day-to-day tasks. HiredBy has done takeovers with over 200 corporations and enterprises, so chances are that you will be able to find something that fits your next job search, whether it involves taking your career as a marketing executive to the next level or if you are a new college graduate on the hunt for your first “real job”.

HiredBy hosts takeovers on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, and those takeovers involve an employee (or two) taking their viewers through a look at a day in that person’s occupation. More importantly, the host can also interact with viewers, aka any potential job seekers who are looking for advice or for a chance to see if working for a certain company is the right move for them. Of course, many people can’t afford to take the time out of their day to constantly be checking Instagram for the latest updates on a takeover, which is why HiredBy has conveniently started saving the takeovers and posting them to their website, as well as their Instagram page.

HiredBy also provides a list of current job listings on their website, as well as other features such as testimonials, blog posts, case studies, and FAQ’s. In fact, the Founder and CEO of HiredBy, aka Zeina Miwa, was a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient in 2018 so if that doesn’t convince you to check out HiredBy then I don’t know what will.
